At Ruhe, we are committed to delivering the highest quality Smart Kitchen Sinks, including both Piano and Nano Kitchen Sinks, at the best prices. If you find a Smart Kitchen Sink online that matches or surpasses our quality at a lower price, we’ll refund 100% of your money!
This challenge is valid for both the Ruhe Piano Sink and the Ruhe Nano Sink (Silver & Black) models. To ensure a fair comparison, please review the guidelines below:

Quality Comparison Criteria

To qualify for the challenge, the competing sink must be assessed based on the following factors:

1. Stainless Steel Grade & Composition

   • Ruhe Smart Kitchen Sinks and accessories are crafted from 304 Grade Stainless Steel with 8% Nickel.
   • You must get your sink tested at an accredited Spectro Lab to verify the stainless steel composition of both the sink and its accessories.

2. Weight & Thickness of the Sink

   • Compare the total weight of the competing sink with that of the Ruhe Smart Kitchen Sink.
   • Measure and compare the thickness of the bowl at the top and bottom.
     
     

3. Weight of Accessories

   • Evaluate the weight of the included accessories against those provided with the Ruhe Smart Kitchen Sink.
     

4. Warranty Coverage 

   • Ruhe Smart Kitchen Sink bowls come with a 10-year warranty, while accessories are covered for 2 years.
   • The competing product must offer comparable warranty coverage.
     

Claim Process

To submit a claim, you must provide:

• Spectro Lab test report for stainless steel verification.
• Weight and thickness comparison details.
• Warranty information of the competing sink.
• Claims must be submitted via our official website or customer support channels.
• Ruhe will review and respond within 7 working days.
• If the claim is verified, we will issue a 100% refund for your Ruhe Nano Sink purchase.

General Terms

• This offer is valid only in India.
• The competitor’s sink must be publicly available for online purchase.
• Only one claim per customer is allowed.
• This offer is valid only for purchases made after February 18, 2025.
• Ruhe reserves the right to approve or reject claims based on verification results.
• Fraudulent or incomplete claims will be disqualified.
• This offer is valid for a limited time and may be modified or withdrawn at Ruhe’s discretion.
