WARRANTY POLICY
RUHE ensures a seamless warranty experience for its Kitchen & Bathroom Fittings.
This warranty is applicable exclusively to the original purchaser for personal household use at the original installation location. It is non-transferable and does not extend to subsequent owners or locations.
Warranty Activation & Claim Process
- The warranty begins from the date of invoice and can be claimed using a valid proof of purchase (invoice), registered mobile number, or order ID.

To initiate a claim, customers must submit the following via Email or WhatsApp:
- Proof of Purchase (Invoice)
- Order ID
- Registered Mobile Number
- Clear images and a video showcasing the product’s malfunction

Upon submission, our support team will respond within 24-48 hours to guide you through the resolution process.
Replacement Terms
- RUHE only provides replacements for defective parts/products under warranty; refunds will not be issued if a customer refuses a replacement.
- If a product requires a full replacement, the same model will be provided. If the model is discontinued, a product of equivalent value at the time of purchase will be offered.
- Defective parts/products will be shipped via courier, and the faulty item will be collected in the same manner.
- Onsite service is not provided; however, our technical team will assist via voice or video call to help resolve installation or operational issues.

RUHE will bear the cost of any damage incurred during shipment of the product to the customer.
Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not cover damages, defects, or malfunctions resulting from the following:
- Negligence & Improper Use: Faulty installation, careless handling, accidental damage, or exposure to hard water, corrosive materials, and mineral deposits.
- Unauthorized Modifications & Repairs: Any tampering, alterations, or repairs not approved by RUHE, including the use of non-genuine spare parts or accessories that impact performance.
- Improper Maintenance & Cleaning: Use of abrasive cleaners such as powders, bleach, ammonia, alcohol, chlorine, or industrial solvents, as well as scrubbing with steel wool or wire brushes, leading to surface damage, deterioration, or discoloration.
- Environmental & External Factors: Damage caused by natural disasters (earthquakes, floods, cyclones), Acts of God, toxic sewage gases, RO reject water, or pest infestations (rodents, insects).
- Normal Wear & Tear: Expected degradation over time, including corrosion or rusting of stainless steel components due to environmental exposure.
- Failure to Follow Usage & Operating Conditions: Non-compliance with recommended site conditions such as water pressure, installation space, or plumbing requirements, leading to product failure.
- Lack of Maintenance: Malfunctions arising from debris accumulation, clogging, or failure to clean and maintain the product as instructed.
- Excluded Components: The warranty does not cover components such as washers, rubbers, springs, and other plastic items.
- Purchase & Proof of Ownership Issues: Warranty is void if proof of purchase (invoice, order ID, or registered mobile number) is not provided or if the product was purchased from unauthorized dealers.
- Service & Labor Exclusions: The warranty does not cover labor costs for product removal, reinstallation, or servicing, nor does it include demonstration or installation services.
- Incidental or Consequential Losses: Any loss of use, delays, property damage, or additional costs resulting from product failure.

Warranty Period Expiry: Coverage ceases upon completion of the specified warranty period, regardless of whether the product has been used.
Limitation of Liability
- RUHE is not responsible for any incidental or consequential damages, including property damage, loss of use, or associated costs.
- This warranty does not cover labor charges for product removal or reinstallation.

RUHE’s liability is strictly limited to the replacement of defective parts within the warranty period and does not extend to any damages arising from product malfunction.
Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction
- In case of disputes, both parties must first attempt resolution through mediation before initiating legal proceedings.

All disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.
