A Thermostatic Diverter for 3 Showers

The Aurora is a concealed thermostatic diverter: the body sits inside the wall and only a slim 304-Grade face plate shows. Set the water temperature once with the thermostatic handle, then push a knob to start each shower: typically curtain shower, rain shower and hand shower. Any outlet can feed any shower, and all 3 can run at the same time.

38°C Safety Stop and Scald Guard

The French-engineered Vernet thermostatic cartridge mixes hot and cold to the temperature you set. The handle stops at 38 °C; to go hotter, press the button on the handle and keep turning, to a maximum of 52 °C. If the cold water supply fails, the valve shuts off the hot water automatically, protecting you from scalding.

Push-and-Twist Controls

Each outlet has its own knob with a Neoperl push-button cartridge. Push to start that shower, push again to stop it, and turn the knob to set its flow. Each knob has a shower symbol above it; your plumber connects each outlet to the shower its symbol shows.

Front-serviceable cartridges and Twin Filter Guard

The cartridges come out from the front, so a plumber can service them without breaking tiles. Inlet filters on the thermostatic cartridge catch dirt from the supply, and non-return valves on both inlets (Back-flow Lock) stop water flowing back. Cartridge materials are suitable for drinking water supply.

Brass Inside, 304-Grade Steel Outside

Low-lead brass body and solid brass controls: the handle, knobs and push buttons are brass. The Flush-Fit Plate is 304-Grade stainless steel and sits flush on the tile. Choose Mirror-Finish Chrome (multi-layer chrome plating, salt spray tested, for a deep polished mirror shine), PVD Yellow Gold or Matt Black (e-coated).

Slim-Wall Fit Concealed Installation

The Aurora needs 80–90 mm of wall depth, including tile. Cut a wall groove 95 × 335 mm (H × W) and leave a tile opening 80 × 305 mm. Inlets are 3/4 Inch (20 mm) and outlets 1/2 Inch (15 mm). Water Supply

Hot water supply: 50–63 °C (60 °C recommended). Keep your geyser at 60 °C. It works with a storage geyser, instant geyser or solar. Recommended: a 1.5 HP pump with a 24-litre tank, giving 40 PSI (about 2.8 bar) at the inlet. Keep the hot and cold supply pressures within 3 bar of each other. Flow (factory test) at 1 / 3 / 5 bar: one outlet 14.7 / 25.6 / 32.5 L/min; two outlets 20.4 / 34.7 / 45.8 L/min; three outlets 21.8 / 38.2 / 49.6 L/min.
