Ruhe India Installation Terms & Conditions
1. Paid Installation
- Installation is a one-time paid service and is not included in the product price unless explicitly mentioned.
- Any repeat visits or re-installation requests will incur additional charges.
2. Site Readiness
- Installation will commence only if the site is fully ready, including complete plumbing, drainage, electrical, and access provisions.
- Delays due to unprepared sites may result in rescheduling and attract additional charges.
3. Client Responsibility
- The client must ensure all prerequisite work (plumbing, tiling, electrical points, etc.) is completed prior to the technician’s visit.
4. Product Handling
- All products, especially sanitary-ware, must be inspected by the client at the time of delivery.
- We are not liable for any damage reported after the commencement of installation.
5. Scope of Work
- Installation is strictly limited to items and services mentioned in the official quote/invoice.
- Any additional work will be chargeable separately and must be approved in writing.
6. Third-Party Products
- We are not responsible for the quality, compatibility, or warranty of products sourced from third parties or provided by the client.
7. Utility Access
- Continuous and adequate access to water, electricity, and drainage is mandatory during the installation.
- We are not responsible for delays arising due to unavailability of essential utilities.
8. Workmanship Guarantee
- Our installation includes a workmanship warranty of 1 month.
- Product warranties are governed by Ruhe’s official warranty terms.
9. Damage Disclaimer
- We are not liable for damage to existing tiles, pipes, or fittings that are weak, concealed, or improperly installed.
10. Safety Compliance
- Our technicians adhere to standard safety protocols.
- The client must ensure a safe and secure environment at the site during the installation.
11. Timelines
- All installation timelines are indicative and subject to change based on site conditions or unforeseen issues.
12. Payment Terms
- Installation services are prepaid only. No post-installation payments are accepted.
13. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance to avoid additional charges.
14. Ownership of Materials
- Once delivered, all materials become the client’s responsibility.
- We do not provide storage or return transport for unused or surplus items post-installation.
15. Key Installation Guidelines
- Single-Visit Installation
Our plumber will make one visit for the installation. Please ensure all site preparations are complete before the visit. - Scope Excludes Masonry Work
Installation service excludes any civil or masonry work. - Heavy or Bulky Installations
For installations involving heavy or oversized items, additional manpower support may be requested from the client.
Any damage to property due to such installations is not covered under our service scope. - Service Availability & Refunds
We are continuously expanding our installation network across India. If installation service is unavailable at your location, a full refund will be issued.
