What is Ruhe Extended Warranty?
Ruhe Extended Warranty offers an additional 10 years of coverage on all products for both residential and commercial use, covering repairs and replacements after the original warranty period ends.
What is covered?
Except as provided in "What is not covered", if any defect confirmed by our customer support team is found in the products within the stipulated terms and conditions, we shall repair or, if required, replace the product or any part found to be defective with a new part or an equivalent at no cost to the owner for parts or labour.
Such defective parts and products which have been replaced will become the property of Ruhe.
Note: Please ensure that you do not modify the product or perform unauthorised repairs. All these actions void the extended warranty.
What is not covered?
- Normal maintenance services
- Replacement of the product or its parts as a result of daily wear and tear.
- Normal ageing & deterioration
- Damage or failure resulting from abnormal use/improper maintenance/ tampering/negligence/ external factors
- Accessories included with the products are covered under a separate warranty. The warranty of the main product with which they are supplied does not extend to them. The 10-year extended warranty applies in addition to the accessories’ own warranty.
Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction
- In case of a dispute, both parties must first attempt resolution through mediation before initiating legal proceedings.
- All disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.
Note: We shall not be liable for delay or failure in furnishing services, including suspension of Service Assurance in the event of strike, government action, act of God, disruption in global supply chains or any other cause beyond our control.
