At Ruhe, we are committed to delivering the highest quality 304-grade stainless steel products at the best prices. If you find a similar product online that matches or surpasses our quality at a lower price, we’ll refund 100% of your money!

This challenge applies only to specific Ruhe products crafted with 304-grade stainless steel. To ensure a fair comparison, please review the guidelines below:

Quality Comparison Criteria

To qualify for the challenge, the competing product must be assessed based on the following factors:

1. Stainless Steel Grade & Composition

   • Ruhe stainless steel products are crafted from premium 304-grade stainless steel with 8% Nickel content.
   • You must get the product tested at an accredited Spectro Lab to verify the stainless steel composition.

2. Weight & Material Thickness 

   • Compare the total weight of the competing product with that of the Ruhe product.
     Measure and compare the material thickness where applicable.

3. Weight and Quality of the Included Accessories

   • Evaluate the weight and build quality of any accessories or attachments included with the product.
     

4. Warranty Coverage 

   • Selected Ruhe 304-grade stainless steel products included in this challenge typically come with a 10-year warranty on the main unit and a 2-year warranty on accessories (where applicable).
   • The competing product must offer comparable warranty coverage.

Claim Process

To submit a claim, you must provide:

• Spectro Lab test report verifying stainless steel composition.
• Weight and thickness comparison details.
• Warranty information of the competing product.
• Claims must be submitted via our official website or customer support channels.
• Ruhe will review and respond within 7 working days.
• If the claim is verified, we will issue a 100% refund for your Ruhe product purchase.

General Terms

• This offer is valid only in India.
• The competitor’s product must be publicly available for online purchase.
• Only one claim per customer is allowed.
• This offer is valid only for purchases made after February 18, 2025.
• Ruhe reserves the right to approve or reject claims based on verification results.
• Fraudulent or incomplete claims will be disqualified.
• This offer is valid for a limited time and may be modified or withdrawn at Ruhe’s discretion.
