Ripple Smart Shower Panel Set

We purchased **three smart shower panel sets from Ruhe**, but unfortunately, our experience has been very disappointing.

The **jet spray is faulty**—every time we use it, the jet spray comes off the panel. We contacted Ruhe and requested a plumber to visit our home and fix the issue. It has now been **almost two months**, and despite repeated follow-ups, no plumber has visited us.

What is even more disappointing is that we were informed that they **do not have properly trained plumbers available across India** to handle such issues.

For a premium product and a brand like Ruhe, we expected much better **product quality, after-sales service, and customer support**. Buying three sets makes this experience even more frustrating.

I hope Ruhe takes this complaint seriously, arranges a **trained technician immediately**, and resolves the issue instead of making customers wait for months.
