Ruhe Wall-Hung Toilet Seats (Wall-Hung Commodes)
A wall-hung commode is fixed on the wall with nothing touching the floor. Its flush tank, a concealed cistern, is hidden inside the wall, so you see only the commode and the flush button. The floor under it stays clear, which makes cleaning easy, and the bathroom looks bigger.
What You Need
- The wall-hung commode, with its seat cover.
- A concealed cistern with frame, fitted inside the wall before tiling. The frame carries the commode's weight.
- A drain in the wall behind the commode (P-trap). Ruhe wall-hung commodes are P-trap.

Siphonic or Washdown?
A siphonic flush pulls the water out of the bowl in one go and is quiet. A washdown flush pushes everything out through a wide path and is hard to clog. A rimless bowl has no rim edge where dirt can hide, so it is easier to clean.
